功能详情
越线检出时上报。compose 事件：人/车/宠物等多路 ident 合并为同一 msgType detection.trip.detected；部分上报 outputData 为 {}，部分含可选 region（以机型与事件定义为准）。收推送须订阅 capabilityEvent。见 接收告警、事件目录、概述与公共负载。
上报字段说明

最小权限
管理员操作自己绑定的设备不需要权限。操作被分享设备需要报警消息权限。子用户绑定不需要。子账号需要 Alarm。见 权限码。list / search 按条过滤无权事件。
